All business transacted is subject to the Singapore Aircargo Agents Association Standard Trading Conditions. Quotations provided are only for estimation purposes and cannot be used as a guarantee for cost of services. Whilst every care has been taken in the calculations, eventual costs can and do change (without prior notice) based on factors like the following:

Shipment details change, e.g. dimensions or weight are higher than the initial figures

Shipment requires special machinery / equipment or extra manpower for loading and transport

Shipment requires special handling, e.g. dangerous goods / temperature controlled perishable service required

Shipment is not properly packed / labeled

Customer uses value added services like un-crating and disposal, overtime delivery during non-working hours, warehousing etc.

Carrier and other subcontractor rates change

Space availability constraints require a change in carriers

Exchange rate movement for services incurred in foreign currencies
Please note that customs and other government taxes, duties or fees are not included in our service fee estimates. Shipping insurance has to be purchased separetely as well. In addition, transportation dates cannot be guaranteed, due to: weather constraints, port/ground handling capacity issues, missing shipments etc. If you are ever in doubt please do not hesitate to clarify with the salesperson you are in contact with.
