In line with our value of continual improvement, jobs of our staff are consistently redesigned to keep pace with technological changes. Processes are being automated, and resources are poured in to help staff cope with the changes through training. The new SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant will support companies to upskill their workforce, and Union Air Freight is happy to be a part of this meaningful change.
