Seoul Searching: Company Trip 2023

This year, we packed our bags and headed to Seoul for a company-wide bonding trip — split across three batches so every team member got the chance to explore, connect, and recharge together.

From the moment each group landed, the energy was contagious. One of the biggest highlights? Dressing up in traditional hanbok and wandering the palace grounds together, snapping photos and embracing a slice of Korean culture as a team. Evenings brought everyone together over sizzling Korean BBQ and a round (or two) of drinks, with plenty of laughter that had nothing to do with work.

Each batch brought its own personality to the trip — inside jokes were born, hidden talents were discovered, and colleagues finally got to slow down and get to know one another more over shared meals, hanbok photoshoots, and late-night toasts.

Beyond the fun, the trip was a reminder of what makes our team special: the people. Stepping outside the office and into a new city gave everyone space to bond as friends, not just coworkers — and that spirit is one we’re excited to carry back into the way we work together.
