Sun, Sand & Team Spirit: Our Club Med Bintan Getaway 2024

This year’s team trip took us to the sun-soaked shores of Club Med Bintan — and it was every bit the escape we needed.

From the moment we arrived, the all-inclusive resort life kicked in. Days were spent soaking up the sun by the pool, snorkelling through crystal-clear waters, and paddling out for canoeing sessions along the coast. For those craving a slower pace, mahjong tables became the unofficial hangout spot — with tile-clacking marathons stretching well into the afternoon.

Meals became mini reunions, with everyone gathering over generous spreads to swap stories from the day’s adventures — whether that was a snorkelling sighting or a hard-fought mahjong win. Evenings brought the resort’s lively entertainment to life, with shows, games, and a few unexpected dance moves from colleagues we never knew had it in them.

Beyond the beachfront fun, the trip gave the team something just as valuable: time. Time to unwind together, celebrate wins from the year, and build the kind of camaraderie that doesn’t happen over a conference call.

We left Bintan with sunburns, sea legs, and stronger bonds — already looking forward to the next getaway.
